TV Channel TNT to Increase Costs for Content Buying
According to the “Telescope” magazine Russian TV channel TNT is going to increase their costs for content-buying in 2010. The main purpose is to enlarge the number of customers.
20 new shows and series are now in production. One of the main upcoming projects is a sitсom “Shokovaya Terapia” (“The Shock Therapy”) starring Ivan Okhlobystin.
According to RBC Daily, TNT is about to sign a significant contract with Warner Brothers for 3 years. The channel declined to comment on it.
According to “TNS Russia”, TNT if the fifth of Russian Top-5 TV channels. In 2009 TNT rating in Russia was 1,1%, the audience share about 6,9%
